International Orders
We quote and ship laboratory supplies from Thailand worldwide. International orders use our usual quotation process and include the required export paperwork.
Our catalog lists 10,000+ instruments, glassware and consumables from 200+ brands. One quotation can cover products across the catalog, with paperwork in English or Thai.
How an international order works

Send your list
Include the model numbers, quantities and destination country or city. You can use the quote request form from any country without creating an account or paying online.

Receive an export quotation
The quotation shows prices in Thai Baht (or US dollars on request), lead time for each line and the available shipping terms. EXW is standard; delivered terms are offered where we can arrange freight.

Confirm and pay by bank transfer
Pay the invoice by international bank transfer. Qualifying exports leave Thailand at a zero VAT rate, which is shown in the paperwork.

We ship with full documents
We include the commercial invoice, packing list and HS codes needed by your customs broker.

EXW pickup

Road freight is usually practical for Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. Tell us which border crossing you use, or ask us to recommend a route.
International order limitations
- Dangerous goods by courier: UN-classified chemicals and reagents must move as declared DG freight. We quote this only when the order can support the added handling cost.
- Excise-controlled items: lab ethanol and similar products are available only for domestic orders.
- Restricted brands: some manufacturers appoint one distributor per country, which limits where we may sell. We confirm availability for each item on your list.
- On-site setup and commissioning are currently available only in Chiang Mai. Shipments elsewhere do not include installation, calibration, tuning or technician travel. Remote support can be confirmed per product.
We confirm product availability, freight and service scope before quoting so the order is clear before payment.
Common questions
Which countries do you ship to?
We can ship anywhere served by a suitable courier or freight forwarder. Orders to Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar can travel by road. Transit time depends on the route, carrier and paperwork, so we confirm it for the actual destination.
What currency and payment methods do you accept?
Quotations are in Thai Baht by default, US dollars on request. Payment is by international bank transfer (SWIFT) before shipment; other arrangements case by case.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum. Freight can make small consumable orders to distant destinations uneconomical, and we will flag that before preparing the quotation.
Will instruments work on my power supply?
Instruments sold in Thailand are generally rated for 220–230 V, 50 Hz, as used across most of Asia, Europe, Africa and Oceania. For 110–120 V grids, including the US, Japan and Taiwan, confirm the rating of each instrument with us before ordering.
Is on-site setup included?
On-site setup, commissioning, calibration and tuning are currently available only in Chiang Mai. For every other destination, we can ship the product and confirm any available remote support before quotation.
